Alpin Voyager X-190 elliptical trainer with front flywheel. This design is the most modern and promising development in the biomechanics of ellipsoids. The front flywheel allows for much better overall movements trajectory, reduce pedal spacing and increase stride length. Finally, the user receives effective and joint-friendly workout.
The drive system consists of a 7 kg, weighted, balanced flywheel and an inertial load of 19 kg, a three-piece disc pedal assembly with reversible travel, a multicore belt and pretensioner, as well as three high-quality bearings. The stride length is 420mm, which is quite enough for a comfortable and effective workout. Maximum user weight is 120 kg.
The training computer is presented with a multifunctional color 5.5 inches LCD display. The software package includes 10 installed programs to train speed, endurance, strengthening the cardiovascular system and losing weight. In addition to the preset programs, you can use the adjustable manual mode and create your own programs for up to five users. The important feature of the training computer is 3 Heart Rate Controlled programs (HRS) with preset values of 55%, 75% and 95% of the target maximum heart rate. The ergonomic function (Watts) allows you to fix the required resistance level and to keep this level irrespective of pedaling speed. After your workout, the Recovery function will evaluate the cardiovascular system’s ability to recover.
